Welcome to Oregon Goldendoodles. We are located in the Portland area/

We began breeding out of the frustration of finding a genetically sound dog. We are very careful with the selection of our dams and sires and try everything we can to prevent possible genetic, bone, hip, eye, or heart disorders. We provide a health guarantee.

Our dogs are inside pets and are very well behaved. We are extremely particular to whom our puppies go to, for we require for them to be inside pets and part of the family. Our dogs are raised on an organic, natural diet, that is equally proportionate with carbohydrates and proteins. Prior to delivery, they are given diets higher in protein , calcium and iron, so that their puppies are as large as possible at delivery, which maximize their potential for a healthy start in life. This makes it a little hard for the mom at delivery.

Responsible breeding is of the utmost importance to us. With our medical background, we have the ability to decipher the research and genetic pool for selecting our dogs. Several of our dogs have been placed with families who have used the dogs as chemopals for their children or parents while going thru chemotherapy. They have also been used as Assistance dogs. We do Step One Testing for Assistance dogs at 3 1/2 weeks, 5 1/2 weeks and 7 1/2 weeks. Those puppies that score 4 or less go on then for Assistance classification. Please let us know in advance if you are looking for an Assistance dog.

Our puppies are well socialized for we live in a neighborhood rich with young children. The puppies are exposed from the time of birth until they leave our home to many children and given a lot of love. This insures their ability to bond to humans and makes the transition from our house to the prospective puppy owner easier. Our puppies are raised in the cleanest of environments.

We have both first generation Goldendoodles and F 1B which is a Goldendoodle backcrossed to a Poodle, and multi-generational Goldendoodles. Goldendoodles receive the best qualities of both breeds: Poodle and Golden Retriever. The temperment is outstanding along with the hair quality. There is minimal shedding, which is a tremendous solution for those with allergies. This is a very exciting breed. Breeders have been successfully breeding Goldendoodles and Golden Retrievers for 18 years.

We require an application to be filled out for our future puppy owners and a $250 non-refundable deposit to secure a puppy. The balance is due at 3 weeks of age. We insure that the puppy is healthy, has received its vaccinations, deworming at the time of pick up. We provide a health guarantee.

Our Golden Retriever Sydney (the dam) is a AKC small light golden retriever with an incredible disposition and championship lineage,She is very intelligent, mellow, and wonderful with other dogs and children. The Sire is a beautiful AKC cream Standard Poodle with a fabulous disposition and championship lineage. Both dams and sire are AKC registered ,of perfect health, and Championship Lineage. Our sire standard Poodle, Prince Charles is a small standard,AKC and CKC registered. All Dams and Sires have hip, heart and eye clearances. Our Goldendoodle Mia is a Small Standard Apricot Goldendoodle CKC registered with excellent lineage and health clearances.d we are now receiving deposits.

Please fill out the attached application if you are a serious buyer. Because of the time that is taken for interviewing prospective buyer, we suggest only serious buyers send the application. We allow visitation of our premises prior to birth of a litter, but not after the birth of a litter to protect the health of the puppies. Once the puppies are 4 weeks old, buyers can visit the puppies, but only after an interview and an application has been received.
I really have the feel for the personality of the puppies. There are certain traits in a puppy that should go with a home of little girls, vs. the personality traits of the puppies that should go to a home of teenage boys.
