Once our puppies are posted on the our website, they are available for purchase.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEPOSITS ON THOSE PUPPIES THAT ARE CURRENTLY POSTED AS AVAILABLE.   Puppies are not considered sold unless payment has been received.   We DO ACCEPT DEPOSITS for those who are looking for a specific puppy that we expect to have in the near future.  The buyer and seller will enter into a deposit contract,  with written description of desired puppy and time frame to provide puppy, which they both agree upon.  The deposit will be $200 to be credited toward purchase of puppy.   If buyer changes their mind about puppy, before the agreed upon time to deliver the puppy elapses, the buyer  agrees to forfeit their deposit as non-refundable.    If seller cannot provide buyer with a puppy that matches the buyers written criteria within the agreed upon time frame, seller with refund the deposit in full.  When puppy is identified, seller will contact buyer at earliest possible time.  Puppy will not be considered sold unless payment is received in full at, or before the time puppy is ready for it's permanent home.    Press "Health Guarantee" tab, as the Health Guarantee applies to all purchases.   Press "Payments" tab, to make deposit.   If you are looking for a specific puppy, and are willing to wait, please email me.   Linda DeBlauw scarletsfancy@sbcglobal.net
